Serves: 6-8 side dishes

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1/4 cup Farmer’s cheese

 

3 whole kumquat preserves

 

1 sprig mint 

 

 

Directions:

 

 

Place a 3″ round mold in the center of the serving plate.

 

 

Place Farmer’s cheese in the mold and press lightly with a spoon to fill the mold.

 

 

Place kumquats on the Farmer’s cheese.

 

 

Carefully remove mold.  Pat any cheese that falls out, back into place with a spoon.

 

 

Garnish with mint.

 

 

Serve.
