Ingredients

 

1/2 tablespoon dried basil leaves

 

1/2 teaspoon lavender flowers

 

1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds

 

1 1/2 tablespoons dried marjoram leaves

 

1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves

 

1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves

 

1 1/2 tablespoons dried summer savory leaves

 

1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon leaves

 

2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves

 

 

Steps

  1. Grind rosemary and fennel seed in a mortar with a pestle.
  2. Place in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add savory, thyme, basil, marjoram, mint, lavender, parsley, oregano, and tarragon.
  4. Stir to mix.
  5. Place in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
