Mrs. Sara Howard, sole owner of the Howard Lumber Company, founded by her late husband, claimed in an interview today at the Hotel Carlton, that her stepson, Ben Howard, is crippling production and making it impossible to meet contract delivery dates.  Local buyers have been complaining of the late shipments that have been holding up production.
