Yield: 2 cups

 

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups heavy cream

 

4 tablespoons cultured buttermilk

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Combine cream and buttermilk in a glass container.

 

Cover with a single layer of cheesecloth.

 

Allow to remain at room temperature (70 – 72° F) for 24 hours.

 

Stir.

 

Chill for 24 hours before using.
