SIX CITIZENS ARRESTED IN THREE WINDS
Six citizens of Three Winds (Wyoming Territory) were arrested today by their newly elected sheriff, Owen Deaver. They had been celebrating the sheriff’s election victory by firing their pistols into the air. Sheriff Deaver has instituted a set of municipal ordinances patterned after the city of Philadelphia. Owen Deaver, the son of Barry Deaver, former sheriff of Three Winds, who died of consumption last fall.
