Bennett, Wyoming – Today, local authorities took out a murder warrant against a Texas born, Mexican-Irish sheep herder, Joselito Kincaid. Kincaid is charged with having killed a cow puncher in a gun fight, then having deliberately set a fire which took the lives of two others. It is believed that he is fleeing south toward Mexico.
