Yield: Approximately 3 cups

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup sour cream

 

½ cup buttermilk

 

½ cup mayonnaise

 

1 teaspoon smashed and minced garlic

 

1 Tablespoon minced sweet onion

 

1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

¼ teaspoon salt

 

2 cups crumbled bleu cheese

 

 

Process:

 

Use a fork to stir together the sour cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic and onion until well mixed.

 

Add blue cheese and gently stir until combined.

 

Chill overnight.

 

Serve.
