(MOSE brings the stagecoach into the Sherman ranch yard at a rapid pace.)
MOSE: Whoa!
(JONESY comes out of the kitchen door. ANDY SHERMAN comes out the front door of the ranch house.)
MOSE: Hi, Jonesy.
JONESY: Hi, Mose.
(ANDY SHERMAN comes out the front door.)
MOSE: Andy! Got a package for ya.
ANDY SHERMAN: Oh! Thanks, Mose. (ANDY ) Roughing It by Mark Twain. (ANDY SHERMAN reads the fly leaf inscription.) “To Andy Sherman. Hope you enjoy it. Samuel Clemens”
JONESY: Well.
ANDY SHERMAN: I don’t understand.
MOSE: I’m gonna get me some coffee. When you two get around to changin’ teams, let me know, huh?
JONESY: (Pointing to the cover of the book.) You know, that must be his real name.
ANDY SHERMAN: (Looking perplexed) Well, which one?
JONESY: Mark Twain. Funny thing. I don’t blame him for not usin’ it, except when he has to.
