Yield: Approximately 1 cup

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup cold buttermilk

 

1/2 cup cold sour cream

 

1/2 cup mayonnaise

 

 

1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

2 Tablespoons finely snipped chives

 

1 Tablespoon snipped fresh dill

 

1 teaspoon finely grated garlic

 

1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

 

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

 

 

Process:

 

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl.

 

Cover with a tight fitting lid and place in the ice box overnight.

 

Serve as a spread for sandwiches the next day.
