Yield: 6 ½ cups

 

 

Ingredients:

 

4 1/2 cups cold water

 

1/3-1/2 cup honey, to taste

 

1 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximate 7 large lemons), strained or unstrained, pips removed

 

6 4” stems of mint

 

Directions:

 

Stir together 1/3 cup honey and lemon juice.

 

When combine, add water and stir or shake until fully combined.

 

Taste and add honey by tablespoons until it has reaches the level of sweetness desired.

 

Cover and place in the ice box until chilled.

 

Pour into a glass. Garnish with a stem of mint at the top of the glass.

 

Serve.
