Epilogue – based upon “The Iron Captain,” a script by E. Jack Neuman
(SLIM SHERMAN and LITA walk to the stagecoach. SLIM SHERMAN opens the door and helps LITA in. He shuts the door and leans in towards the window.)
LITA: Maybe you’ll be in Sweetwater some time, Slim.
SLIM SHERMAN: Maybe some time, Lita. Good luck.
LITA: (Takes SLIM SHERMAN’s chin in her hand, raises his face and kisses him.)
SLIM SHERMAN: (Smiles and waves at the DRIVER)
DRIVER: Hey! Ha! (The stagecoach leaves.)
